Join us March 13 for a discussion of New Media and Internet Culture!

Do you have something to get off your chest? Want to discuss current events while drinking beer with other insightful individuals? Or do you simply want to sit back and listen to an interesting conversation?

Join us on Wednesday, March 13, at 8PM for the next meeting of the Big Apple Cogers! Our Opener, Dr. Paul Levinson, will lead us in a discussion of New Media, online privacy, and socializing via the Internet. Whether you think that Facebook has ruined the art of conversation, or that embracing technology is the next phase of human evolution, we want to hear your voice!Anyone in attendance may speak for up to 5 minutes at a time. No one is required to speak. Members of the crowd may "heckle", but must keep their heckles to one sentence. Every speaker is free to continue the current discussion or introduce an entirely new topic. Meet us at Professor Thom's in Manhattan. We hope to see you there! If you plan on coming, why not RSVP on Facebook?
